Fortis College General Information
Virginia Career Institute is dedicated to providing comprehensive career training that enables our graduates to meet the ever-changing demands of the workplace while contributing to the betterment of the community. The Institute strives to develop within its students the desire for lifelong and continued education. The Institute believes that it makes an important contribution to the economic growth and social well-being of the Tidewater and Richmond, Virginia, metropolitan areas. The Institute educates students to help meet the economic needs of their communities in entry-level positions in court reporting, allied health and nursing careers. The educational process is a change-oriented approach to education that provides the community with graduates who possess the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in existing and emerging health and legal occupations.
