• Kids are mostly unhappy and have nothing left to give to friendship. Many conversations revolved around leaving.

• I had a couple of good teachers, but the remainder were odd. One teacher made us watch a movie about a professor who was a pedophile. He smile throughout the entire movie. The film had nothing to do with the course. We were all creeped out after that.

• Town is gorgeous but only opportunities for fun are for 21+. There is absolutely NO college hangout. We went to Panera on weekends for dinner before returning to our rooms to watch a dvd or play a board game.

• There are NO campus activities provided. Alcohol prevention is the only goal. RA;s do room checks every two hours. No parties on or off campus.We played board games and watched tv every weekend night. Felt like I was in a boarding school. Very depressing. Nothing to look forward to but leaving.
• Many people complain that Salve has nothing to do-this just isn't the case. You need to work a little harder to find things, but they exist. And for those of you who worry because it's a dry campus that it's impossible to drink, that's not true either. You can't be an idiot about it, like most of the kids here are. Have small things in your room and don't make a big scene and you'll be fine. Also, at any given night there is someone walking around campus smoking weed. So pot is very easy to access.
