First time on court's a charm: Norcross and Amritraj win tennis Pro-Am (Palm Beach Daily News)

On a hot and sunny Sunday afternoon at The Breakers Ocean Clubhouse, George Norcross won for the second time at the Charles Evans PCF Pro-Am tourney. Norcross and his partner, Prakash Amritraj, currently ranked 120 in world doubles, beat Andrew Gazdik and No. 1-ranked world doubles player Rick Leach in the final round of the tennis tournament.

Mid-Continent selected to play in NCCAA National Tournament (WPSD Local 6 Paducah)

Mayfield, Ky. – Mid-Continent University has received an at-large bid to play in the 2009 National Christian College Athletics Association (NCCAA) Division I National Men’s Soccer Tournament, December 2-5, at the Austin-Tindall Soccer Complex in Kissimmee, Florida.
