- THE BEST SCHOOL EVER NOW I JUST HAVE TO FIND SOME MONEY TO STAY THERE!!!!!
- First of all, let me just say I am not a former student of full sail. I am a former staff. And I go to a college down the road (Valencia). Full Sail is by far the worst corporate scam I have ever seen in my life. I worked there for 3 years. If your looking to pay close to 50K for an AA that wont transfer to other universities, text books written by faculty thats made up of mostly recent graduates, admissions thats only concerned about enrollements for comission purposes, student loans sometimes $120,000+ in the hole after living expenses, and flashy gear that you'll never see outside the school unless you make it "big time"... then this school is for you. If your looking for a real education, experience on real projects to add to your resume, a degree that costs 1/3 of full sail's tuition and competent and knowledgeable teachers.. go to Valencia Community College down the road for the equalivent program. Here they will talk all the talk and say what they need t say, I know because it was my job, show you what they need to show you, and make it sound economically friendly. When in reality you wont find a financial advisor that will discuss your debt long term, you'll take out 3 or 4 different private loans of 40K each, most faculty just graduated and works at full sail b/c they cant get a job (due to no opportunity for real experience), and most staff view full sail'ers as high school/ university rejects. Believe me, I am a theater major at Valencia which is equalvalint to the Show Production program. It costs 1/3 of the price, the equipment is older but you get loads of real experience and teachers who know what their doing. Same goes for the film, music, and digital media programs. Do youself a favor and if you check out full sail... Check out Valencia and compare. Oh and did I mention federal aid maybe covers a 4th of the tuition... and bright futures... forget about it. 75 coverage amounts to about $1200 here out of a $45K - $72K degree. If you do decide on Full Sail... dont say I didnt tell you so. Take it from someone who not only has lots of friends who attended, but knows the business side of it too...
- Full Sail is more of a business than a school. The fill their students heads with ideas of great things they will be able to do after they graduate. The reality is that their degrees don't prepare students start a good career. They preach about their "career developement department," but I was valedictorian with perfect attendance and I received no help finding leads and was even ignored by my advisors. This school is a joke and they are more concerned about filling their pockets than providing a good education to students.
- So far I've really enjoyed my college of choice and if I had the chance I'd pick this college above all others again.
- Full Sail\'s policy is to accept anyone that can fog a mirror... if you have a GED and a checkbook you are in. Academics are not a challenge. Most of the curriculum has been written so that an eighth grader could pass. Sadly, this school could be amazing but is nothing but diploma mill. Very little time and thought is put into less plans. A very larger percentage of the faculty are graduates. Couldn\'t find \"real\" jobs so they work at the school.

- SOOOO HELPFUL AND KIND!!!!!
- rush
- The faculty are superb, most of them actually coming from an experienced working field.
- Some of them have good intentions but don\'t possess the tools to teach. Past graduates desperate to get jobs to pay off the student loans they accrued... they now darken the halls of Full Sail and the fast food restaurants surrounding the school.

- Additional reviews of town:
- Fullsail doesn't really have a campus like most colleges
- ITS FLORDIA
- expensive
- Living in Central Florida there are many things to enjoy the only downside is that since this is Florida, it can rain at any time.
- Suburban Orlando. Hot and rainy in the summer... not too bad most of the time in the winter. Expensive downtown Winter Park, Disneyworld and various other amusement parks within an hours drive, same with the ocean. No food options on campus and no dorms... large apartment complexes and fast food options within walking distance.

- Additional reviews of campus life:
- paint every month to give appearance all is well. I appreciate the up keep but would like to feel safer.
- Campus life is the best that it can be in my opinion. Nothing ever really goes wrong on campus.
- Lots of guys... either aspiring to be game designers, movie directors or recording engineers, and a few women doing the same. No campus life to speak of because the students class schedule changes monthly. Drugs are easy to find if you want them. Campus security is there to ticket your car but not there if you are being robbed of your laptop... usually at gunpoint by a classmate. The school spends a lot of time and money keeping the campus looking presentable for their monthly \"Behind the Scenes\" tour... lots of powerwashing of sidewalks and painting of walls goes on at this school.... but they still have lots of broken desks and moldy carpet. Go figure.
