Full Sail University General Information
Full Sail is a media arts college that was founded in 1979. Since then, we have become one of the world's most acclaimed schools for a variety of entertainment-related fields, including Computer Animation, Digital Arts & Design, Education Media Design & Technology, Entertainment and Music Business, Film, Game Art, Game Development, Game Design, Graphic Design, Internet Marketing, Media Design, Recording Arts, Show Production & Touring, and Web Design & Development. Full Sail's Master's, Bachelor's, and Associate's degree programs use innovative methods of learning, where students are immersed in the entertainment industry while still in school. Our students use the same hardware and software used throughout the industry, are mentored by educators with professional experience in their fields, and follow the same production workflow used to create real-world games, films, albums, design projects, and more. They also follow a real-world education model where students attend school an average of 40 hours a week and graduate much earlier than in a traditional education setting. Our online degree programs and the learning environment where you'll experience those programs are an extension of the award-winning education we've provided for almost 30 years. No matter what the format, every one of our degree programs is designed to provide our students with solid, practical knowledge and real-world experience that will help them reach their career goals.
