The mission of the Career Academy of New York is to:(1)Provide performance-based occupational training to prepare students for entry-level employment in commercial cooking, hospitality management, and the medical assisting field.(2)Help students gain the confidence needed to perform at their highest potential and pursue life-long learning and advancement. (3)Help students understand and meet professional ethical standards The administration and faculty of the Career Academy of New York are committed to facilitating the mission by: (1)Meeting standards of excellence as determined by its accrediting agencies.
