TO HIRE HIGHLY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS TO INSTRUCT REQUISITE COURSES, FILLING THE VOID WHICH OCCURS AT THE POST HIGH SCHOOL VOCATIONAL LEVEL. TO CREATE A LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT IS CONDUCIVE TO THE FREE FLOW OF IDEAS BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS, ENABLING THE STUDENTS TO LEARN MORE THATN JUST THE TECHNICAL BASICS OF THEIR CHOSEN TRADE.
