    University of South Alabama men's basketball player Domonic Tilford was arrested Wednesday in Louisville, Ky., and charged with first-degree possession of cocaine, the Louisville Courier-Journal reported. He has also been indefinitely suspended by USA.

    I talked with Oregon State baseball coach Pat Casey on Wednesday for the latest on the program this offseason. He was able to fit me in between all his recruiting trips around the country. He said the change in volunteer/pitching coaches happened because David Wong wanted to watch his son, SS Joey Wong, play from the stands for a year before Joey mostly likely goes pro after next season....

    Senior Mike Gosse was the first Sooner picked in the 2008 MLB Player Draft last Friday. Gosse, who led OU in hitting in 2008, was selected with the 703rd overall pick in the 23rd round by the Detroit Tigers.
